  • I've worked out I have enough energy with 13.5ft/lb at the muzzle to clean kill a rabbit at 120m if I can land the shot perfectly. I set the focus on 32 magnification then shoot from 8 at long ranges

  • It was very dark lastnight due to bad weather coming in but I have a cree headlight and use a 501B cree torch which shows eyeshine to 150m with the naked eye or perhaps 250m through a scope. Good thing about the Prosport is its very quiet in an open field so the rabbit was alarmed at me or my lights as I was on the metal road he was more concened about the 50mph mosquitos diving in the dirt at his feet

  • I had used a measuring program on that field so knew it was roughly 100m as I'd tried to shoot these 2 rabbits in the past and under estimated the range so I had a good idea but missed the first few shots and the rabbit kept jumping so I knew I was close and then checked my mobile chairgun data and it said 5 mildots holdover so tried it and bang headshot

  • zero is a bit far really its at a guess 35m which is trajectory friendly for possums lol but I will lower it to 25-30m next trip out during daylight. Its warmer here now and I think that's had a positive effect on the pellet also.
