This is not to be so much of a Review, but the start of a list of Air Gun Suppliers, Retailers, Repairers, and others who deal in the dark arts of Air Gunnery Stuff.
I'm thinking of this as a Resource.
I don't want to rate retailers as this can be a sticky mine field to get into, so please don't go slagging off, some where just because you had a bad experience there.
I think if you can find this on here then you can Google these places, and saves me getting a web address wrong and sending you to some weird porn site.
Ok I'll start with a few I've dealt with.

Air Guns New Zealand, Whangarei, as far as I know an internet only Retailer.
Petone Gun Shop, 291 Jackson St, Petone.
The Gun Shop, 2 Geange St Upper Hutt.
Hunting and Fishing, 444 Cuba St, Alicetown Lower Hutt.
Gun City Wellington, 87 Hutt Rd, Thorndon.

Best price around, by far.   Super fast customer service as well.    I ordered my sportmatch's and had them 3 days later.

I'V Had a good run with Pellet Perfect. His name is Tim, over in the land of UK. You get to select pellets you wont to try out through your rifle before having hundreds of pellets you cant use. We all have been there :). Thy come in packs of 25 & there are lots you can select. Fast sending to. Most of mine arrive within a week. There are also targets to look over, pellet wash & lube. Stuff like that.

I have used airgun exporters  http://airgunexporter.com/ and they were great. As per the instruction on their website I emailed them what I wanted and they confirmed my order. They kept me informed via regular emails. When the rifle was delivered to their premises, checked it for dents or scratches and shot it a few times (at my request). They repackaged it all, ensured the scope was packed securely, promptly couriered it, and emailed me a tracking number. I would definitely use them again.

Not many that are active.

Used to be a thriving community on the old forum, with the likes of Kanyon, Marrco, Microbugs, Wingman, Clarkarms.

Nunga on this forum still does commission work. The others have largely moved on from public work as far as I know.

So I went online almost 2 months ago, to try and locate a source for a complete set of O-rings for my Daystate Panther.  In the event I needed to replace any at any point.
I found this store in the UK   http://www.shootingandscuba.co.uk/store/   which if you visit the site deals with a wide range of air rifle goodness.
I located the "packs" that I was after, and placed an order at some ridiculous hour of the morning.  And thought that I wouldn't hear back from them for a couple of days.   I was wrong.   Forgot about the time difference.   I received an email, saying they had received my order, it had been processed, and they would email me notification of when my item had shipped.    I thought great, that would be a day or two.   Nope wrong again.    Later on that evening, well early morning the next day, I received an email notifying me of item shipped, and a tracking number from Royal Mail.     Outstanding I thought, that will be here in a few daysí time, based on previous items coming from the UK via Royal Mail.
Now here's where it gets interesting, somewhere after being handed over from Royal Mail, to NZ Post, my parcel gets lost.    I'm waiting 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks goes by and still no item being delivered for my signature, and nothing showing on NZ Posts tracking page for the number I was given.
So I send off a mail to Shooting and Scuba, querying if perhaps something had gone wrong on the UK end of things.    I get a very quick reply from Duncan from SAC, who says he will make some enquiries with Royal Mail.    So far I'm impressed with SAC, and not so much with NZ Post, as I had a feeling where this was all going to end up.
So I get a reply from Duncan saying Royal Mail, definitely handed the item over to NZ Post, and that they were making enquiries with NZP, to see where the parcel was.   And if nothing came of it, the item was insured and they could send it again.
I made some enquiries with NZP of my own, and let me tell you their customer service sucks, it just plain out and out sucks.   I donít think the 7 different people I spoke to had a clue about what they were even doing.  1 lady basically said, if there is no information on the tracking number then what did I expect her to do.   I donít know lady, find my parcel which comes into the one main center at AKLD Mail Centre.
So after getting more and more frustrated with the morons at NZP, I emailed Duncan back and asked could they claim it as a lost item, and send it again.    No worries was the general gist of his reply.   I gave him the tracking info I had from NZP so Royal Mail could claim it as undelivered, and he organized it to be sent again.
Kept checking the new tracking number, but no updates, the Royal Mail showed it had been handed over a few days ago, but nothing showing on NZPís site.   I thought here we go again, but no the courier knocked on the door this morning, and I signed for my packs of O-rings.   Almost 24 hours on, and there is still no change to the tracking number status with NZP.
Now through all this, I have been impressed with the communication from SAC, and the speed with which they handled both of my orders.    I would recommend them.    They have ďCustomer ServiceĒ, which sadly is something that is lacking in a vast majority of businessís today.

Nz post has a new add on TV, using lots of dancers and doesn't seem to have any relevance to getting your parcel delivered. Maybe their new modus operandi is chuck your item into the mosh pit, and see what happens.

Petone Gun shop in Jackson St. is closed. Out of business; has been for over a month.
That leaves Hunting and Fishing and of course gun city if you want to pay their prices.
Ron Young is still there and worthy.
