You should be getting tighter groups than that, those crosman barrels are fairly good and at that range should be pretty much pellet on pellet. Have a close look at the transfer port edges for nasty sharp bits and check the suppressor is square (if you have one on it).

hay thanks Mintie......i guess that's the problem when someone else has mucked around with the gun before you get it.....

just got some JSB jumbo RS 13.43 from Poland and they grouped 20mm... 12mm if you dont count the top stray so the other 4 were touching

also I cant see through the scope that well (age and poor zoom) ive got a higher power leaper on its way

Plus I cant keep still .......

no suppressor fitted

Thats more like it, Try out the 18gr JSB's. The rule with co2 is the heavier the projectile the more energy you will get from it, because it slows down the time spent in the barrel it allows more time for the co2 to expand giving you slightly more energy. I have had good results from the 21gr barracuda's and even the 28gr Eun Jins!

Mintie beat me to it, but I had good results with the jsb 15.9 in mine. And yes check the breech end of barrel, I smoothed mine off with wet and dry till it was baby bum smooth and pellets slid in much easier.
